2. Hosting
CHEATY is intended to be hosted using Hostinger infrastructure. When you visit CHEATY, technical information required to provide and secure the website may be processed in server logs. This may include the IP address, browser information, requested pages and the date and time of access. The processing is carried out for the secure, stable and reliable operation of CHEATY on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting information may be updated once the final production configuration has been completed.
3. Cheaty tools
The Word Finder and Anagram tools use locally hosted word lists. Letter combinations entered into these tools are processed for the purpose of generating word results. The English Dictionary uses locally hosted Princeton WordNet data through CHEATY's own server-side dictionary function. Dictionary searches are not sent to an external dictionary API. CHEATY currently does not require user accounts or a cloud database for these functions.
4. Local storage and PWA
CHEATY may use technically necessary browser storage, application caching and a service worker to provide website and Progressive Web App functionality and improve performance. These technologies are currently not used for behavioural advertising or analytics.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
CHEATY currently does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. If advertising, analytics or other consent-based services are introduced in the future, they will only be activated in accordance with the user's consent where required. This Privacy Policy will be updated when such services are introduced.

If you contact CHEATY by email, the information you provide is processed only as necessary to respond to your enquiry.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated if CHEATY's functionality, hosting or third-party services change.
